Ingredients of Jamboo Punch

  1. It’s 100 gm of Jamboo / Jamun fruit.
  2. You need 1/4 tsp of Black salt.
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Jeera powder.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chat masala.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of Jaggery.
  6. Prepare 1/8 tsp of black pepper powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 litre of Water.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Lemon juice.

Jamboo Punch step by step

  1. Wash and Boil jamboo / jamun fruit in water, cool it and remove seeds with hands. Make puree of boiled jamun and seive it in a seiver..
  2. Take out juice and now add jaggery diluted in 1cup water, add black salt, jeera powder, chat masala and mix well..
  3. Add pepper and lemon juice at last, this can be served hot or cool by adding hot water or cold water adjusting the juice consistency..
  4. Health benefits- Too good for skin and cold allergies..
  5. Too good for diabetic people if they have this for a month. But serve without jaggery..
