Panchratna Chocolate Halwa Sizzler instructions
- Firstly on a slow flame roast the Chana Dal and Toor Dal together for 2-3 minutes.Now take the Other dals and roast them again for 2-3 minutes..
- Once it cools down,in a Mixy grind till a coarse flour..
- Now add ghee roast it till it is golden brown..
- Make a sugar syrup of 2 strings thickness..
- Once roasted add 2 Cups Milk cook till it completely burns and it starts to thicken,add Khoya.Mix for 2 minutes and add sugar syrup.Mix well till it starts to leave the pan..
- Now add Chopped Dry Fruits and then add the cooking chocolate and on a slow flame mix it for 2 minutes nicely..
- Once it begins to leave the pan and becomes a little dry it's ready..
- Now the Halwa is ready.Heat the Sizzler dish.Now spread the HOT Halwa on it..
- Now place Vanilla Ice Cream scoops.
- Now pour some sizzling hot chocolate sauce and garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate Vermicelli..
