Ingredients of Saucy Chicken Liver Masala

  1. Prepare of Fresh Chicken liver.
  2. You need of Ripe tomatoes chopped.
  3. Prepare of Large onion chopped/sliced.
  4. It’s of vegetable oil.
  5. It’s of Vinegar/ fresh lemon juice.
  6. It’s of tumeric powder.
  7. Prepare of coriander powder.
  8. It’s of chilli powder.
  9. It’s of garam masala powder.
  10. It’s of mustard seeds.
  11. It’s of garlic/ginger paste.
  12. It’s of curry leaves.
  13. It’s of green/red chillies (optional).
  14. Prepare of Salt.

Saucy Chicken Liver Masala instructions

  1. Soak your liver in water and vinegar for a few mins. Wash it off..
  2. Marinate liver with ginger/garlic paste, chilli powder, tumeric, coriander and garam masala and set aside for 30mins..
  3. In a pot, add oil, curry leaves, onions and mustard seeds and fry on low – medium heat. Add your whole green/red chillies (optional).
  4. Pour in your marinated liver..
  5. Saute for 5 minutes. Then add in salt..
  6. Add in your chopped tomatoes, mix well and let it cook till the tomatoes soften..
  7. Liver is ready to serve!.
  8. Note: You can skip the tomatoes and do a dry fry – still as delicious..
