  1. It’s of Potato : (Boiled & De-skinned) & Finely Mashed.
  2. Prepare of Cup: Onion Birista.
  3. Prepare of Mustard Oil.
  4. Prepare of Salt.
  5. It’s of Coriander/Cilantro Leaves: Freshly Chopped.
  6. It’s of Eggs : Full Boiled & Grated/Mashed.
  7. You need of tbsp: Mango Achar or Pickle.
  8. You need of Whole Dry Red Chillies (Fried).
  9. Prepare of Freshly Chopped Onions.
  10. Prepare of Green Chillies (Fried).
  11. Prepare of Freshly Chopped: Green Chillies.
  12. You need of Garlic Cloves (Fried).
  13. You need of Potato (Large): Cut into the Roundels.

  1. Take a sufficiently deep & large plate/bowl- Take 1 Serving Spoon of the Mashed Potato.
  2. Add in it: 1 tbsp of Mustard Oil, Salt Fried Onions Red Chilli Garlic & Coriander Leaves & mix everything well, together & form a ball-shaped “Aloo-Bharta” #1: Birista Aloo Bharta.
  3. Second is: Dim-Aloo Bharta- Take a bowl, add in it the mashed potato : salt, mustard oil, fried onions & Red Chillies fried garlic & mix everything until well blended.
  4. Now, add in the Grated Eggs & finally mix well, everything again & form a ball-shaped & our Dim Aloo Bharta is ready.
  5. For the Achari Aloo Bharta: Take a bowl & add in it a serving spoon of Mashed Potato freshly chopped onions fried red chillies pieces & mango achar/pickle- 1 tbsp.
  6. Mix everything well together to form a ball-shaped: Achari Aloo Bharta.
  7. The Original One’s quite popularly known as the Aloo Chokha: In a bowl: take a big spoonful of mashed potato salt, fried red chilli garlic & coriander leaves, chopped green chillies & bhuna cumin & coriander seeds powder.
  8. Mix everything well together to form the ball-shaped, Aloo Chokha.
  9. For the Aloo Morich: Take a frying pan add into it 1 tbsp of ghee & then pour in the boiled & diced potatoes & sauté gently, add to it the freshly ground black peppercorns & stir fry for about 2 mins time & then, dish out on a serving plate.
  10. Shallow Fry the Potato Roundels with a pinch of turmeric & red chilli powder & sal to taste & dish out on a serving plate.
